Chakra Alignment

So, what are chakras? Chakras are energy centers in our body. The concept of chakras has Asian roots. According to ancient Asian traditions, our body is made of energy, known as chi. There are different types of energy in the body, and the energy flows through certain pathways. Energy meridians connect these energy pathways, and this is where chakras enter the discussion.

The seven chakras and their locations are:

  1. Root chakra, located at the base of the spine.
  2. Sacral chakra, located below the belly button.
  3. Solar Plexus chakra, located above the belly button.
  4.  Heart chakra, located in the middle of the chest.
  5. Throat chakra, located in the throat.
  6. Third eye chakra, located between the eyes.
  7. Crown chakra, located in the crown of the head.
